Josh was extremely thorough....explained everything he was doing and was patient with all questions/concerns. I am a real estate agent and when working with a contractor it makes it so much easier to go through the repair process with someone that listens. He took pictures of his findings as well as pictures of all the repairs once they were complete. He was super to work with. I will ONLY call Ace for any punch list items I have with other deals going forward. I was also impressed with the office staff and follow up prior to Josh coming to make the repairs. Honestly, one of the best experiences I have had in a long time! Customer service gets a 10/10!
